REFUND PROCESSING
At Gamesmiths, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
